A multi-award-winning home combining rammed earth on the ground floor with fibre cement sheeting and Colorbond above, built around a pool for easy indoor-outdoor living in the subtropics. The ground floor features a polished concrete slab.
Project Story
The house won the Master Builders Award for Excellence in Design for the Qld Climate, and John Oliver received a surprise "Noosa Glossies" award as Outstanding Practitioner, "In Recognition of His Dedication to and Professionalism in Sustainable Building Practices."
