We designed and built this 3 bedroom, 1 studio/office, 3 bathroom home on a sloping block in central Maleny to be easy-care and passive solar. Built of rammed earth and colorbond, with a deck of modwood and a roof of insulated sandwich panels, there is little work to maintain this house.
